Hey this is me requesting help to become a web designer or web page creator/editor. Bill i was wondering where did u learn to create your own domain and how to maintain it?

how much do you want to learn? just basics for fun? I been playing with these stuffs for years..just reading and doing research, no specific place but I can suggest something to read up if you're interested.

if i tell you, i want to MAJOR in WEBMASTERING. how can you help me? where should i start?

if u really want to learn how to hack a forum, u can use this one as experiement and when u got it down, move onto ISS.

well i know the whole thing takes alot of reading and experience. But i just want to learn enough to be able to take down a simple forum and see where i'd go from there. I've tried the perl script thing but its outdated im guessing and dont work anymore.

It'll take you half year just to read everything lol, I suggest making one of your own website while reading, and check the site for help whenever you're stuck. Start with html =).
