Take this for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujRmleJshtY Right next to the video, under the name of the uploader, they already gave you the source codes for embbing under "Embed" and the address of the video under "Url".

Two of the ways to link is by either typing [youtube] address here with no space [/youtube] or copy and paste the embed code from the source site.
